Clinicians who share a commitment to culturally attuned care, and who believe every client deserves to feel genuinely seen.
Open positions
Earn your hours toward licensure in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. You'll carry your own caseload with weekly individual supervision, and real say in the clients and presentations you take on.
For licensed clinicians who bring both clinical skill and genuine cultural humility to their work. Caseloads are flexible and consultation is built in.
Language skills are a plus for all roles. Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishanese, Fuzhounese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Khmer, Tagalog, Thai, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, Spanish, or Haitian Creole.
Supervision
We'll talk through cases, but there's also room for the parts of this work that are harder to name: the client who reminds you of your family, the session that left you rattled, the question you were afraid was too basic to ask.
Culture is part of the clinical conversation here, not a separate topic we get to if there's time. If you're working with clients navigating identity, immigration, family obligation, or racial stress — or if you're navigating some of that yourself as a clinician — that belongs in the room.
Who thrives here
You'd rather know everyone on your team by name than be one clinician among hundreds, and you'd like your voice to help shape how the practice grows.
You set your availability and build your caseload at a pace that fits your life, with a clear path to a salaried role as it grows.
Case questions, consultation, and the occasional hard day are shared here. You like being known by your colleagues, and you show up for them too.
Many of our clients are AAPI, BIPOC, queer, first-generation, or children of immigrants. You're curious about how culture, family, and identity shape someone's story, and you bring humility along with skill.
Much of our work is with high school and college students and people in their twenties and thirties, as they figure out who they are and where they belong.
Licensure, your LMHC-D, a specialty like EMDR. You want supervision and feedback that actually move you forward, not just sign off on your hours.
You're comfortable doing therapy by video, keeping your own schedule and notes on track, and reaching out when you need support.
