About me

Hi! I'm glad you're here.

I work with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional difficulties, trauma, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and belonging. You may find yourself caught between your own needs and others’ expectations, adjusting to a new chapter, or struggling with feelings you cannot quite put into words. In therapy, we can make room for these experiences, understand what has been difficult, and explore what you would like to change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Together, we can explore how your experiences shape the way you think, feel, and connect with others, while developing practical tools for everyday challenges. I offer therapy in both English and Mandarin, with a particular interest in cultural transitions, cross-cultural identity, and family expectations. Whether you are adapting to a new culture or navigating different values across generations, there is room to explore what these experiences mean to you.

Opening up to someone new can feel unfamiliar, and finding the words may take time. You are welcome to bring uncertainty, mixed feelings, or whatever is on your mind. I will listen with curiosity and care, and we will move at a pace that allows trust to grow. My hope is that our work helps you feel more connected to yourself, more able to navigate difficult moments, and more confident in making choices that reflect what matters to you.
