Mental Health Counselor, providing virtual therapy in New York under the clinical supervision of Tina Liu, LMHC-D.
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at St. John’s University, with an expected graduation date of January 2027. I am especially drawn to working with teenagers and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and self-understanding.
My approach is person-centered and grounded in the belief that each person’s experiences are unique and deserve to be understood with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. I am also interested in incorporating creative and holistic perspectives into counseling when they feel meaningful to the individual.
Outside of counseling, I have a deep love for writing, poetry, and film. I believe stories — both the ones we create and the ones we live — can help us make sense of ourselves and feel less alone. I’m excited to continue growing as a counselor and learning alongside my clients.
