- On a deductible plan you pay the contracted rate until the deductible is met, then your coinsurance
- Full self-pay rate if your plan is out of network: $200, with a superbill

Sessions with Tina Liu, LMHC-D, for clients located in New York or Florida. Feel free to ask about availability with our other clinicians for Aetna plans in New York.
How to book
Open Tina's Headway profile, pick a time, and enter your insurance details. Headway checks your coverage and shows an estimate of what you will pay per session before you confirm. Booking takes about five minutes.
Students on Aetna Student Health
Your school's plan runs on Aetna's network, so you are covered for your plan's copay. We have written a guide for each New York school, with what the plan covers and how to book.
If your plan turns out to be out of network
The full rate is $200 per 50-minute session, and we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. If cost is the barrier, ask about our sliding scale.
Questions before you start?
Do you take Aetna?
Yes. We are in-network with Aetna in New York and Florida, including Aetna Student Health, through Headway. You pay your plan's copay or coinsurance per session.
Does my Aetna plan need a referral for therapy?
Most Aetna commercial and student plans do not require a referral for in-network outpatient therapy. A few employer plans do, and we confirm it when we check your benefits before the first session.
What if my Aetna plan is out of network?
You can still see us at the full rate of $200 per 50-minute session, and we provide a superbill for your insurer. If cost is the barrier, ask about our sliding scale.
